A BMI between 18 and 25 is regarded as “Normal”, between 25 and 30 is classed as “Overweight” and a BMI between 30 and 40 is in the “Obese” range. If you have a BMI over 40 you are classed as “Morbidly Obese.”

Are you serious about change?

Hypno-Band: If your body mass index (BMI) is over 25 and you really want and are committed to losing weight then you should be suitable for Hypno-Band.

Weight Loss Hypnosis: If your body mass index (BMI) is under or over 25 and you really want and are committed to either losing weight or gaining your weight then you should be suitable.

The only exception for either programmes would be if there is a physiological reason for your weight problems or if you are taking certain medications.

Your suitability will be assessed during our consultation.

A complimentary consultation will give me a clear understanding of what you want to achieve. A suitable route to achieve this will be suggested around your body mass index (BMI) and your desired goals.

I don’t believe we can make an effective change with a set limited number of minutes per visit; therefore, I allow for our session to end naturally without clock watching. I am providing my programmes more quality and simultenaoulsy it’s cost-effective for you.

In my opinion, numbers and percentages are for salesmen/women and comparing yourself to my other clients shouldn’t play a part in your personal goals. I will explore this question further when you benefit from your complimentary consultation. I will give you my honest answer without distracting you with pointless numbers and percentages. You won’t need to – programmes are flexible. 5 sessions does not mean 5 weeks and 10 sessions does not mean 10 weeks. This is covered during our consultation.

This should not be a concern for you – leave that to me. I will go over a few points before you make a decision. Give yourself the permission to hand any doubts (if any) to me…I can handle those. All you have to do is begin to count the pounds the you will begin to shed.

I can’t be compared as the sound of my voice is mine and no other hypnotherapist can sound like me. It’s vital that you are comfortable with the sound of a therapists voice.

In terms of training/experience, I can be compared to other evidence based Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapists  – however only those that have had their education approved by The British Psychological Society. If you choose to proceed with Hypno-Band then I can be compared to any licensed Hypno-Band practitioners.
